Post-LOI compliance checklist
Steps for raiyats after obtaining a Letter of Intent, before the lease is executed.
Complete all compliances within the deadline stated in your Letter of Intent. Pending or partial compliance can delay or cancel the grant. Upload each document from your application page under LOI compliance.
1. Pay the security deposit via GRAS
Deposit the security amount stated in your LOI and capture the GRN/CIN against the application.
2. Consent to Operate (TSPCB)
Obtain Consent to Operate from the Tripura State Pollution Control Board for the applied area.
3. Approved Mining Plan
Submit the Mining Plan approved by the competent authority, where applicable to the mineral and area.
4. Environmental Clearance
Furnish the Environmental Clearance or its acknowledgement for applications that require it.
5. Boundary demarcation
Ensure the applied area is demarcated on ground in line with the sketch map submitted.
6. Lease deed execution
Execute the lease deed within the period stated in the LOI after compliance is verified.
