The Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Government of Tripura, grants concessions for extraction of minor minerals under the applicable Tripura Minor Mineral Concession Rules. This portal digitises the entire Letter of Intent (LOI) process, from application to compliance, removing the need for physical file movement.
What is a Letter of Intent?
A Letter of Intent is the department's formal communication of its intent to grant a mineral concession, subject to conditions. Once the applicant completes the stated compliances, including security deposit and statutory clearances, the lease is executed.
Who can apply
- Raiyats holding land records over the applied area, or their authorised agents.
- Individuals and firms meeting the eligibility under the Tripura Minor Mineral Concession Rules.
- Applicants with a valid mobile number for OTP-based registration and KYC.
