With reference to your application No. ACK/TLR/2026/0021 dated 18th May 2026, the competent authority is pleased to convey this Letter of Intent for the grant of Quarry Permit over an area of 0.9 hectare for extraction of Gravel / Morrum at Khasra/Plot No. RS-145/3, Village Lefunga, Mohanpur Circle, Sadar, West Tripura District.

This Letter of Intent is issued subject to the following conditions:

1. Deposit of security amount within the stipulated period via GRAS.
2. Submission of approved Mining Plan and Environmental Clearance.
3. Consent to Operate from the Tripura State Pollution Control Board.
4. Execution of the lease deed within 90 days of compliance verification.
5. Compliance with all applicable Tripura Minor Mineral Concession Rules.

Failure to comply with the above conditions within the stipulated period shall render this Letter of Intent liable for cancellation without further notice.
